Eligibility
Basic qualification require to join BTech course in India
To pursue a ClassBTech course one must pass Class 12th in the Science stream, The student must have Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics as the subjects in class 12th.
In addition, Students must score at least 50% marks in Class 12th to be eligible for BTech admission in top Engineering Colleges across the country. However, Students belonging to Reserved categories such as SC/ST will have a relaxation of up to 5% in the minimum qualifying marks.
For some of the Engineering streams like Biomedical Engineering, students must have studied Biology as one of the subjects in Class 12th
The lateral entry BTech Admission process and Eligibility criteria is completely different from the four-year BTech eligibility criteria.
