Interest Profiling:
This occupational interest inventory helps students narrow down their career options based on their interests. Using the RIASEC Model, this assessment measures levels of interest in 12 domains and matches the candidate's profile with a list of 138 occupations across various sectors and fields. This assessment consists of 60 questions and takes about 8-10 minutes to complete.
Personality Profiling:
The Big Five Profile is a personality assessment that measures five major personality traits based on the Five Factor Model. It provides insight into an individual's strengths and areas for development, helping them perform well in their careers. This assessment helps students build skills to pursue their chosen career. The assessment consists of 15 questions and takes 7-10 minutes to complete.
Reasoning Test:
This test evaluates cognitive abilities or brain power required for jobs that demand good analytical skills. It is particularly useful for roles in a complex work environment. Typically, the measures include Figural/Logical, Verbal, and Numerical Reasoning. Unlike Interest and Personality Profiling, this test has time limits and consists of 21 questions to be answered in 20 minutes.

Career Counselling:
Our Certified career counsellors provide 45-60 minutes of career counselling, during which students receive a list of 3-5 career choices, along with a list of their strengths and weaknesses. They also receive an action plan to bridge the gap and reach their chosen career successfully. Parents can join in the last 15 minutes of the counselling session.
